“Whatever the terms of engagement may be the overall objective is clear.  We seek to provide the Client with a single point of contact which reduces costs and perhaps most importantly reduces confusion through limiting the circulation of corrupted information.

Project Resolutions

Stirling Consulting provides the ability to monitor projects and resolve potential problems, both practical and theoretical that typically arise during client/contractor disputes.

Through analysing historic and current data collated from site visits we are able to provide recommendations and solutions that will suit all parties without having to resort to expensive litigation.

It is traditional for clients to drive evaluations of systems and processes on site. However, experience has taught us that even non-existent or ineffectual maintenance schedules, if suitably modified in time can still provide effective savings disproportionate to the work required. Should these well-rehearsed methods be used alongside specific energy efficient equipment there can be significant savings made.

Devices such as integrated, passive fire protectors, which help, manage the built environment ensure the long-term stability of a building, while also protecting its occupants. We work with a whole host of equipment and systems that have safety, protection and environmental concerns built in. We are able to provide solutions that help occupants maintain and monitor a safe working and living environment once the project is completed and fully functional. Our aim is to place systems that will aid the warning and maintenance process, ensuring the building functioning at an optimum level.
